1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of thehaulery.com and The Haulery services, provided by The Haulery, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. By using them you agree to these terms.
2. Early access
The service is in early access. Features may change, be limited or be unavailable, and we may end early access at any time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
4. Agent purchases
The agent acts on your instructions and within the limits you set. Purchases are made with the relevant merchant, whose own terms, prices and return policies apply. No payment is made without your approval. Refunds, returns and warranty claims are handled under the merchant’s policies; we will help you raise them.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful purchases, to abuse merchants or other services, or to interfere with its operation or security.
6. Intellectual property
The service, its software and its brand belong to The Haulery. You keep ownership of the content you submit.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is” during early access, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, The Haulery is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for products, prices or delivery provided by merchants, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
