The Haulery, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, operates thehaulery.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
2. Data we collect
Information you give us, such as your name, email, company and the message you send through our forms; and basic technical data such as browser type, IP address and pages visited, kept in standard server and security logs. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
3. How we use it
To reply to you, manage the waitlist, provide early access, improve our product and keep our service secure. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Shopping agent data
When you use the agent, it processes the shopping requests, preferences and order details needed to complete a purchase you approve. Payments are processed by the merchant or a PCI DSS–compliant payment provider; we never store full card numbers. Merchants receive only the order, delivery and contact details needed to fulfil your order.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the service (Zoho Mail for email, Cloudflare for content delivery and security, and our own servers for hosting) and with merchants when needed to complete an order you approve.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to some processing. Email us to make a request.
8. Changes
We will post any update to this policy on this page and change the date above.
